U periodu od 25. – 27. marta 2025. godine u Bratislavi (Slovačka), održan je, drugi po redu, trening u okviru projekta IN2Prev. Trening je bio namijenjen policijskim službenicima i predstavnicima nevladinih organizacija, čiji je profesionalni angažman usmjeren na rad sa tražiteljima azila i izbjeglicama. Glavna tema ovog trodnevnog treninga bio je alat za procjenu podložnosti radikalizaciji izbjeglica i tražitelja azila, koji ujedno predstavlja jedno od najvećih dostignuća ovog projekta. Učesnici su imali priliku da praktično primjene ovaj alat na realističnim primjerima u vidu simuliranih izjava izbjeglica i tražitelja azila te da nakon toga daju povratne informacije i, po mogućnosti, preporuke za unaprijeđenje istog. Pomenuti alat se pokazao kao iznimno koristan, a posebna pažnja je posvećena legislativi koja uređuje primjenu ovog i sličnih alata u različitim državama te na poštovanje ljudskih prava u vidu pristanka osoba na čije izjave se alat nastoji primijeniti. Pomenuto je omogućilo učesnicima da dobiju uvid u dobre primjere iz strane prakse, čime mogu proširiti svoje profesionalne vidike. Učesnici pomenutog treninga ispred BiH bili su: gđica Berina Bahić (udruženje Margina Tuzla), gđa AnaDominik Rodić (udruženje „Val“), g. Danijel Čakarić (Crveni Križ Općine Travnik), g. Belmin Spahović (Direkcija za koordinaciju policijskih tijela) te g. Damir Tandara ispred Centra za sigurnosne studije kao projektnog partnera.
IN2PREV ima za cilj poboljšati odgovor agencija za sprovođenje zakona i nevladinih organizacija na izbjeglice i tražitelje azila u evropskim zemljama domaćinima i tranzitnim zemljama kako bi spriječili njihovu radikalizaciju, osiguravajući njihovu uspješnu integraciju. Konkretnije, ima za cilj da sveobuhvatno unaprijedi kompetencije i znanja agencija za sprovođenje zakona i nevladinih organizacija u vezi sa radom sa izbjeglicama i tražiteljima azila, čime se podstiče njihova temeljna uključenost u integraciju ovih populacija i prevenciju radikalizacije.

IN2PREV: Training aimed at more efficient work of police officers and non-governmental organizations representatives with refugees and asylum seekers, held!
In the period of 25 – 27 of March 2025, the second training within the IN2Prev project was held in Bratislava (Slovakia). This training was intended for police officers and representatives of non-governmental organizations, whose professional engagement is aimed at working with refugees and asylum seekers. Main topic of this three-day training was radicalization-assessment tool, which is one of the main achievements of this project. The participants had a chance to implement this tool in practice by implementing it on simulated statements of immigrants and to provide feedback and recommendations for enhancement of the tool, if possible. Mentioned tool showed as very valuable, and special attention was given to legislation that governs the topic of implementation of this and similar tools in different countries and on the respect of human rights, regarding consent of persons on whose statements the tool is meant to be implemented. Mentioned enabled the participants to gain insight into positive examples from foreign practices, which can help the expand their professional views. Participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina were: Miss Berina Bahić (Margina Tuzla Association), Mrs. AnaDominik Rodić (Val Association), Mr. Danijel Čakarić (Red Cross of Travnik Municipality) Mr. Belmin Spahović (Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH) and Mr. Damir Tandara from the Centre for Security Studies as project partner representative.
IN2PREV aims to improve LEAs and NGOs’ response to refugees and asylum seekers in European host and transit countries to prevent their radicalisation by ensuring their successful integration. More specifically, it aims to comprehensively enhance LEAs and NGOs’ competencies and knowledge regarding working with refugees and asylum seekers, thus boosting their fundamental involvement in the integration of these populations and the prevention of radicalisation.
