U sklopu projekta „Procjena budućih trendova organizovang kriminaliteta u BiH – OCASSESS BiH“, u srijedu, 9. 4. 2025. godine, u Sarajevu, održan je okrugli stol u sklopu kojeg su predstavljeni prelimirani nalazi istraživanja, odnosno horizont skeniranja kibernetičkih prijetnji u BiH. Istom su prisustvovali policijski službenici policijskih agencija na kantonalnom, entitetskom i državnom nivou te službenici s područja Brčko distrikta BiH. Uz policijske službenike, na okruglom stolu su učestvovali i predstavnici akademske zajednice i civilnog društva.
Učesnicima su se uvodnim riječima obratili g. Benjamin Plavljak, genetralni sekretar Centra za sigurnosne studije, prof. dr. Armin Kržalić sa Fakulteta za kriminalistiku, kriminologiju i sigurnosne studije Univerziteta u Sarajevu te i g. Damir Tandara, istraživač Centra za sigurnosne studije . Kroz uvodna obraćanja, predstavljeno je trenutno stanje kibernetičke sigurnosti u BiH, problematizirani su legislativa i strateški okviri koji uređuju ovu oblast te je detaljnije predstavljena i metoda horizont skeniranja. Nakon uvodnih obraćanja, učesnici su imali priliku dati svoje komentare i mišljenja o predočenom nacrtu istraživanja, u pogledu zakonskog uređenja kibernetičke sigurnosti u BiH, problema sa kojima se, u domenu kibernetičke sigurnosti, u svom radu susreću službenici policijskih i sigurnosnih agencija te također iznijeti zahtjeve za rukovodioce navedenih agencija i donosioce odluka u BiH.
Okruglim stolom je moderirao prof. dr. Kržalić, a svi korisni podaci koji su na ovaj način prikupljeni, biti će inkorporirani u zvaničnu verziju horizont skeniranja kibernetičkih prijetnji u BiH, od strane istraživačkog tima CSS-a.

OCASSESS BiH Project: We have presented preliminary results of the research on cyber threats in BiH!
At Wednesday, 9. 4. 2025., in Sarajevo, a Roundtable, as part of the “Assessment of Future Trends in Organized Crime in BiH – OCASSESS BiH” project, through which preliminary results on research regarding horizon scanning of cyber threats in BiH were presented, has been held. Police officers from police agencies at cantonal, entity and national level and from the District of Brčko participated. Alongside mentioned police officers, representatives of academia and civil society also participated.
The participant were addressed by the introductory words from Mr. Benjamin Plevljak, Secretary General of Centre for Security Studies, Mr. Armin Kržalić, Ph. D, from the Faculty for Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo, and Mr. Damir Tandara, Researcher at Centre for Security Studies. Through introductory words, current state of cyber security in BiH was presented, the legislative and strategic frameworks defining this topic were problematized and the horizon scanning method was explained in more detail. After the introductory words, the participants had an opportunity to comment and express their thoughts on the presented draft of the research, regarding legislation on cyber security in BiH, problems that are officers of police and security agencies facing, regarding cyber security and to also address requests for officials of mentioned agencies and decision makers in BiH.
The roundtable was moderated by Mr. Kržalić, Ph. D, and all useful data collected via this Roundtable, will be incorporated in the research by the researching team of CSS.
