U srijedu, 07.06.2017. godine, u Sanskom Mostu je održana radionica u okviru projekta „Pomoć opštinama da unaprijede sistem ranog upozoravanja i podrška oporavku od poplava – SAFE“, koji finansira Evropska unija.
Radionica pod nazivom „Procjena stanja i potreba sistema zaštite i spašavanja u opštinama Sanski Most i Oštra Luka“ okupila je 30 predstavnika iz različitih institucija opština Sanski Most i Oštra Luka, kao što su službe civilne zaštite, policija, osnovne i srednje škole, biblioteka, centar za socijalni rad, Crveni križ/krst, vatrogasne jedinice, klubovi ekstremnih sportova i sl.
Cilj radionice je bio sagledati stanje i potrebe sistema zaštite i spašavanja te obrazovnih institucija u pogledu knjižnog fonda, koji su pretrpjeli štete tokom majskih poplava 2014. godine, kako bi se isti obnovili i unaprijedili.
U uvodnim obraćanjima, prisutnima su se obratili načelnici opština Sanski Most i Oštra Luka, gdin. Faris Hasanbegović i gdin. Dragan Stanar, koji su izrazili zadovoljstvo održavanjem radionice i ukazali na značaj razmatranja prirodnih nepogoda koje ugrožavaju stanovništvo te javna i privatna materijalna dobra, bez obzira na granice. Gospodin Stanar je ukazao da je tokom majskih poplava 2014. godine bila izražena velika solidarnost između stanovništva, ali i da je ta nepogoda pokazala da ima još dosta prostora za unapređenje u pogledu podizanja otpornosti i odgovara lokalnih zajednica na takve pojave.
Okupljeni su u prvom dijelu radionice imali priliku čuti detaljno izlaganje načelnika Službe civilne i protivpožarne zaštite u Sanskom Mostu, gospodina Sajida Ramića, o procjeni ugroženosti te opštine od prirodnih i drugih nesreća, nakon koje se vodila diskusija pod moderiranjem prof.dr. Mirze Smajića. Tokom drugog dijela radionice, učesnici su predstavili trenutno stanje, opremljenost i potrebe sistema zaštite i spašavanja te biblioteka i knjižnog fonda obrazovnih institucija. Prikupljenje informacije predstavljaju osnovu za izradu Akcionog plana za unapređenje u navedenim oblastima.
On Wednesday, 7th June 2017, a workshop was held in Sanski Most within the project “Assistance to affected municipalities in improving the early flood warning system and supporting the flood recovery – SAFE “, funded by the European Union.
The workshop entitled “The assessment and needs of the system of protection and rescue in the municipalities of Sanski Most and Oštra Luka” brought together 30 representatives from different institutions in Sanski Most and Oštra Luka, such as civil protection services, police, primary and secondary schools, library, center for social work, Red Cross, fire departments, extreme sports clubs, etc.
The aim of the workshop was to assess the situation and the needs of the system of protection and rescue and of educational institutions in terms of book funds, which have suffered damages during the May floods in 2014, in order to renew and enhance the same.
In the introductory remarks, the attendees were addressed by the mayors of Sanski Most and Oštra Luka, Mr. Faris Hasanbegović and Mr. Dragan Stanar, who expressed satisfaction that this workshop was organized and highlighted the importance of the deliberation of natural disasters that threaten the population and public and private material assets, regardless of borders. Mr. Stanar pointed out that during the May floods in 2014 was strong solidarity among the population, and that this disaster showed that there was still much room for improvement in terms of the development of resistance and responses of the local community on such occurrences.
The attendees had the opportunity in the first part of the workshop to hear a detailed presentation of the head of Department of Civil and Fire Protection in Sanski Most, Mr. Sajid Ramić, about the threat assessment of the municipality on natural and other disasters, after which a discussion took place under the moderation of Mirza Smajić, PhD. In the second part of the workshop, the participants presented the current status, level of equipment and the needs of the system of protection and rescue, library and book fund of educational institutions. The collected information presents the basis for the drafting of the Action Plan for improvement in these areas.
