This research initiative seeks to establish what lessons can be learnt form the OHR involvement in peacebuilding in Bosnia in terms of security sector reform.
Funded by the Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces, the research will also focus on theoretical and policy-frameworks of international involvement in post-conflict peacebuilding, as well as assessing and evaluating state-level security institutions in Bosnia created through this reform.
