Centar za sigurnosne studije (CSS) je u saradnji sa Ženevskim centrom za upravljanje sigurnosnim sektorom (DCAF) i centrima za edukaciju sudija i tužilaca iz FBiH i RS u ponedjeljak, 27. maja 2019. godine, organizovao ”Prvi Sastanak radne grupe za razvoj pravosudnog priručnika o posebnim istražnim radnjama”.

Sastanku radne grupe su prisustvovali predstavnici brojnih sudova i tužilaštva iz Bosne i Hercegovine, kao i eksperti koji su sa prisutnima podijeliji svoje znanje iz oblasti posebnih istražnih radnji (PIR). Cilj prvog okupljanja radne grupe je razmjena iskustava i ideja o najboljim načinima za jačanje pravosudnih kapaciteta BiH u odobrenju PIR-a, kao i razvoj ciljeva i metodologije za izradu pravosudnog priručnika.


The Centre for Security Studies (CSS), in cooperation with the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) and Centres for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training from FBiH and RS, organized the “First meeting of the Working Group for the development of the Judicial Benchbook on Special Investigative Measures” on Monday, 27th of May 2019.

The meeting of the Working Group was attended by representatives of several courts and prosecutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as experts who shared their knowledge about special investigative measures with the present participants. The meeting aimed to give members an opportunity to meet and exchange experiences and ideas about the best ways to strengthen BiH judicial capacity in SIM authorisation, as well as the development of the objectives and the methodology for developing the Judicial Benchbook.
